About this business

Hapa Yoga was formed by Tina Knight, a San Diego native, in 2013. The company was developed out of the belief that something was lacking in Yoga Studios: a more family-oriented choice. Hapa Yoga & Fitness is the only studio that offers child care in the studio, prenatal and kids classes. It also provides mommy & me classes and a blend of traditional yoga and exercise classes. Hapa Yoga expanded from Mission Valley to its second Eastlake location in 2016. The business was divested in 2021. Hapa Yoga struggled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Hapa Yoga began offering "Ohana Online" classes through Namastream, as well as outdoor classes in San Diego. Hapa Yoga is now offering in-person classes. It is a good time to come together as a family to renew, refocus, and support one another, as well as to return to the mat. Our classes Hapa Yoga & Fitness, a local studio, offers these boutique hybrid classes: Gentle Flow All Level Vinyasa Vinyasa Flow Heated Vinyasa Flow Hot as a Mutha Prenatal Yoga - Mommy & Me Yoga for Strength CardiYo Sculpt Bootcamp/TRX Barre + Pilates Children Yoga

Reviews Summary

Hapa Yoga seems to provide a profoundly beneficial and sensational place for the yoga enthusiast to have an experience in the Yoga Teacher Training sessions. Teachers at the institution seem similarly amazing, besides welcoming everyone with equity and treating them the same as this source notes that the examiners discover a transformational environment where they immerse themselves in the teachings of a given subject. Apart from teacher training, the new practitioners who would like to experience the introductory part also find the classes very suitable as they are varied and come in different levels of expertise. The environment is another positive aspect mentioned in a good review among other touching aspects experienced in the premises that include the best environment and a welcoming staff. The place is also mentioned in the same conversation that Hapa is transformative as it tends to outshine other studios with its qualities and equable nature in dealing with their students. This well-storied environment of the facility has earned the trust of a majority of people who have seen their practice become better in the classes, this source notes that having been to other studios, Hapa makes all of them look like there is no engagement needed there. It is an all-in experience that combines hard work mixed with fun, received with honesty and love which becomes the secret of success for this facility.
