ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Sessions signed a contract with San Diego in 1892 to lease 30 acres (120,000 m2) of Balboa Park field. In exchange, she consented to plant 100 trees per annum. This was an empty expanse full of pepper, oak, cypress and pine trees within the suburbs of San Diego. Also, 300 trees would be planted in San Diego. They were mostly imported from around the world. She understood the impact of trees on the future. It is still the case today. When she died in 1940, the park had large indigenous and exotic trees. Some of the world’s oldest trees at Balboa Park were planted by Sessions through Mission Hills Nursery, established in 1910. Nowadays, Mission Hills Nursery is still operable since it was sold to the Antonicelli Brothers in 1926. Before the Palafox Family acquired it in 1989, Bill Teague operated it from 1958.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Immaculate, healthy flowers, and fantastic plants! Invaluable junior-friendly nursery -- the wealth of plants will shock shoppers. Polite but not smothering service. Many customers' top pick, this is the place to freely pick up your must-have plants. Many shoppers will agree with this as their favorite shop for plants. Nowadays that was my first experience going through, and my favorite place was what I got! I just loved variations of plants and vegetables, download stuff. - every employee was very helpful not too much of a crowd. The tile plants are labeled with additional information, and they were way too large. Outside, there were free-range chickens to give some form of botanical and fauna for people. My first tomato Fest was all so I never knew it existed. Most times there own different species of tomatoes to learn. The vibe here is lovely and fun because the smallest village nursery is with pleasant staff and programs. Every year’s Christmas trees are present at this nursery, and most people buy them because they are unique. Your Christmas trees are usually intact, and I have owned many species of indoor trees treated from a specialist and have never felt let down. Small village nursery with a country-side setting and that the fact that I can find the flowers here means that it was just a small weed decided not to visit other nurseries. The magnolias are my favorite section and at least one plant you get to buy the. I only wish I had more time to see all plants. The cashier was happy and supportive, and I will be coming back for more planting supplies. This place is not like different places I have been since it feels fantastic, and you learn a lot of things that you came to know. Every home is a nursery center, and they all sell tomato plants and herbs.
