I have never experienced such shockingly poor customer service from any business, let alone a medical practice. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this orthodontist’s office at all costs. The follow-up process? Practically nonexistent. Good luck getting a timely response—if you even get one at all. As a new client they seemed to have no issues in answering calls but afterwards when you are trying to get them to bill your insurance all of a sudden everyone in the office dies. They screen your calls, you'll be met with endless voicemail greetings and useless follow up text message instead of an actual human. I’ve left messages, followed up multiple times, call & text, and still been met with radio silence. At this point, I’d have better luck sending a carrier pigeon. As for insurance claims? They couldn’t process one correctly if their business depended on it. I’ve had to go back and forth with them repeatedly due to their incompetence and lack of attention to detail. Each time, it’s another excuse, another mistake, and another headache. It’s honestly mind-blowing that a business in the healthcare field can operate this poorly. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and find an orthodontist that actually respects their patients and knows how to run a practice.
