After moving here in January, I have been on a hunt in trying to find a place that meets my standards. It was actually hard because I am super picky about the shape and overall look of my nails. But they absolutely nailed it. My French tip toes and nails came out perfect. The experience felt so luxurious and the service was amazing. Jade and V are the best! The nails were done poorly—some were already cracking shortly after, and one nail wasn’t even painted properly. When I reached out to have them fixed, she refused to redo them unless I paid an additional $40, even though there’s supposed to be a warranty. Instead of standing by her work, she had a lot of attitude and wasn’t willing to take responsibility for the quality. Overall, the service did not match the price or expectations.
