Sparks Gallery

In 2013, Sonya Sparks established Sparks Gallery to showcase contemporary artwork from Southern California artists. Sparks Gallery offers solo and collective exhibitions as well as curated exhibits. Sparks Gallery presents surreal and impressionistic art with strong narratives. With thematic elements that vary from landscape/conceptual to portraiture to landscape, Sparks Gallery is intentionally varied. Sparks Gallery tries to promote artistic creativity in the area and act as a hub for creative dialogues to foster and strengthen the area's artistic community. In the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter in downtown San Diego, Sparks Gallery is located in the Sterling Hardware Building.

Sparks Gallery's reviews are generally positive. The venue is precisely decorated with an innovation of mix art pieces, providing a unique setting for events.
