Reliable We have been providing athletic and health services to thousands of kids since we first opened in 1992. Both of us are thankful and happy that so many families have picked TRC to be a fun, safe organization for their kids. TRC was created with the goal to help kids learn about their natural abilities through motor-skill development. Gymnastics' basic lessons are one of its distinct aspects. Gymnasts run, jump, climb, and swing every day. Many scientific ideas from the last century and even more studies this century show us that the motor system is complex and that children need to exercise every day to develop their motor skills. Our team is proud that some of our competitive gymnasts have gone on to college teams. Many kids have also gone on to participate in other sports like swimming, diving, and trampolining. Some have even advanced their careers in cheerleading throughout college.
