So, in 1980, the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM) was founded in San Francisco, considered one of the oldest and prestigious schools of eastern medicine in the United States. This College has a faculty of the highest quality with a demanding curriculum. This College attracts students from all over the world. ACTCM offers programs for master's, doctoral, and public degrees in acupuncture, as well as continuing education and programs for the community. ACTCM students, alumni, and faculty are active in the community of acupuncture and have a deep commitment to this profession. They are also leaders in integrative practice, research, healthcare, and public policy (AVA). ACTCM is an international center of excellence and education, encouraging professional cooperation and sustainability in Chinese Medicine and Health Care.
ACTCM de Haro has been immensely helpful in reducing my unbearable neck pain. I initially resorted to ineffective prescription medications from a doctor and was glad to remember the college. Occasionally, the problem kept coming back. That was obvious, but the handling was professional and gentle.
