About this business
A gym that matches the speed of the Financial District is a must-have. This facility is one-of-a-kind and packed with amenities. Just minutes from the Ferry Building, it's also close to other San Francisco landmarks and major transit lines: BART, Muni, and Muni. What may surprise you is that this gym was once an international fitness corporation. Fitness SF is diverse, inclusive, and home-grown. The initiative aims to enhance the area by implementing a grassroots method of developing and employing workers for the company. Let's join hands together to make San Francisco Bay Area a better and more healthy place.

Deceptive Business -- DO NOT USE
Treats customers like animals. Forced me to pay for things I didn't even use, tacked on huge hidden fees, and cited that the contract had the fees hidden behind a huge wall of text. The contract didn't have what they said, they still charged me without consent, and even charged cards I deleted.
I protested the fees, but the VP threatened to ruin my credit score and send debt collectors after me if I didn't pay the fees. My roommates ended up paying $270 for one week of membership and I paid $235 for only a few weeks as well.
Reported the company to the FTC, DFPI, and the Attorney General for deceptive business practices. Illegal to hide payment information deep inside a contract.
