Deceptive Business -- DO NOT USE
Treats customers like animals. Forced me to pay for things I didn't even use, tacked on huge hidden fees, and cited that the contract had the fees hidden behind a huge wall of text. The contract didn't have what they said, they still charged me without consent, and even charged cards I deleted.
I protested the fees, but the VP threatened to ruin my credit score and send debt collectors after me if I didn't pay the fees. My roommates ended up paying $270 for one week of membership and I paid $235 for only a few weeks as well.
Reported the company to the FTC, DFPI, and the Attorney General for deceptive business practices. Illegal to hide payment information deep inside a contract.
