Health Sherpa is great enrollment platform, except, I have recently found that Morgan Blein, the director of operations has been stealing my clients by putting in his name and NPN. I have found his information on at least 5 applications so I mentioned it to another manager at my company. What a surprise, Morgan has been stealing her clients as well. I have made formal complaints with Health Sherpa directly but they have done nothing so far. This can be a good enrollment platform but beware, the person in charge of operations very well may take your clients and definitely not tell you. They claim that only happens when it is a referral situation but that is a lie! Our company does not participate in their referral program and the clients he has stolen from me were in states I'm licensed and the carriers I am appointed with. If you have another option use it or expect Morgan Blein to steal your clients as well. How this guy is the director of operations I have no idea, he is a thief!!!
