Perfect for all fitness levels, easily modified for those with physical limitations, and still focuses on overall body awareness. Continue to build your practice with more complex movements and use of equipment. Start exploring more precise and dynamic exercises. Class tempo is moderate and focuses on a steady class flow. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements are introduced, along with progressions and balance and stability challenges to give you a more demanding workout.
 
Most students are quite pleased with the Pilates classes. Many especially appreciate the trainers' personalized attention to detail regarding your individual needs and the positive environment. Several members report improvements in muscle pain management and recovery. The studio maintains a high standard of cleanliness and is located in a convenient and comfortable environment. Many tourers are also welcome and enjoy the classes. One member mentions that more class schedule flexibility, particularly early morning classes would be appreciated, however. Several Pilates members would recommend the classes to others and are grateful they discovered the Pilates studio.
