I believe guided healing is a group interpersonal procedure based on a strong and safe healing alliance, irrespective of the therapy technique utilized. My primary modalities are cognitive behavioral, cognitive method, and strategic healing. My training is dbt and trauma-informed. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist because I believe that our brains, perceptions, and life experiences significantly influence our feelings and actions. Our strategy will help you uncover how your life experiences may have led to maladaptive thoughts and perceptions that underlie unwanted behaviours and stressors, anxiety, and depression episodes. With mindfulness, we will find innovative ways to understand thought and belief patterns that might not be serving you well and replace them with ones that help you achieve your objectives.
