I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 25 years experience. I am a committed clinician who specializes in counseling individuals, couples, and families. My services include brief and long-term therapy, evaluation, and referral. In the past eight years, I worked as the assistant director of Stanford University's Internal Employee Assistance Program. I continue to offer my services as a clinician and also conduct workshops for the university. Additionally, I work as a consultant for various companies and organizations, providing training, seminars, and workshops. I have also been a former NFL Players Assist clinician, and I am still helping athletes and their families. My approach to therapy is eclectic because I use a range of techniques to address each client's unique needs. My therapeutic approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy, Adlerian therapy, and systems-focused therapy. I am interested in and skilled at working with people affected by anxiety, depression, substance abuse and addiction, PTSD, and relationship issues. I also provide supervision and mentoring to marriage and family therapy interns. This is important to me because it allows me to share my knowledge and experience with future therapists.
