Rosado served as Senior Attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. During his tenure with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Rosado was solely responsible for litigating cases on behalf of the IRS before the United States Tax Court. More than 20 cases have been tried before the United States Tax Court. At times, Rosado was the only U.S. Tax Court Atty. from IRS Counsel, and one of the very few attorneys from IRS Counsel who provided legal advice and litigation services to the IRS regarding all aspects of the enforcement of the growing Cannabis Industry across the United States. Rosado's particular responsibility was to litigate all whistleblower cases filed in the Northwestern United States. However, that did not encompass all the cases he faced. Rosado has litigated such a wide variety of cases with tax issues that he has resolved over 500 cases in the Tax Court.
