Deep tissue massage can effectively address stress from prior injuries, misalignment, and repetitive motion. Open and honest communication is paramount when undertaking deep tissue massage to ensure you are comfortable. Please note that some soreness is expected after deep tissue massage and be sure to drink lots of water to help remove any toxins.
