Customer feedback summary for Bay Crest Care Center: 2025 In January 2025, our family embarked on a lengthy scavenger hunt to find a suitable long-term and rehabilitation nursing home for my precious mom, whom I adore so much. We visited many places, and to my surprise, Bay Crest turned out to be my fourth stop on my list, but I decided to make it my third stop of the day. Well, it was sheer excitement for me as I walked through the elegant doors. I don't have words to express my experience, but Bay Crest is a beautiful, clean, and very well organized facility. The welcoming smile I received from the front desk lady gave me instant peace. I asked for a tour, and the experience was exceptional. The excellent admissions team, Jessie and Porshia, showed me around and answered my numerous questions with utmost patience and professionalism. What surprised me the most was the level of cleanliness I saw in this facility right from the lobby. Two days later, my mother was discharged to Bay Crest for recovery and what a godsend it turned out to be! The nurse NA who admitted her (I think her name was Jennifer) was a modern-day angel. Watching her and her team organize my mom's things and give her soft drinks like a baby gave me and my siblings real peace, and deep inside, we knew we had made the right choice. So, today marks one year and three months, and I'm glad to say that my mom is going home with a smile! All this time during my visits, I have written everything, and my experience cannot be captured fully with words. One thing I can say for sure is that the level of care, expertise, patience, compassion, and dedication I have seen from the nurses and other staff is something that goes beyond my understanding. This experience has made me affirmed to say I cannot do what you do. You are amazing! Before choosing this facility, I read all types of reviews, the good, the bad, and the best worst, which is why this place was very low on my list. But I'm happy that we didn't let those stop us. Our experience is completely different and overwhelmingly positive. We interacted with many families, and experiences vary, but from what I have seen, ours has been incredibly amazing. I would like to thank nurse Amada, Alicia, and Jaida, just to mention a few. My mother loves and appreciates your help and determination towards her quick recovery. As I leave this place today, I feel that it's good to give credit where it's due. I would like to thank all the selfless, caring nurses and staff at Bay Crest Care Center for their determined efforts. Take these flowers and continue providing a safe, comfortable, and peaceful environment for other families like us. God bless you all. You are the true heroes.
