Keep in mind that this paperwork includes my prescriptions and care instructions for a broken hip. Since they admitted me, I have spent more time in the hospital than the facility. The majority of the staff is uncaring, rough, and has an attitude problem. Just before discharge, they told me I could not even move at all, despite doing it daily. I was handicapped from doing what I normally could. 2. I experienced the same thing as the 1-star rating. They lost my paperwork. Sometimes they forget to give me my meds, 2.5 hours later. The physical and occupational department is the star here. I'm finally leaving - no one should go here. Beachside is a terrible facility. 3. My stay was great and was handled perfectly. I arrived a month ago with a serious condition. I was given world-class care by the team from A to Z. I would highly recommend Beachside Post-Acute for first-rate care to my peers in the future. From my time there, I can vouch for the cleanliness of the facilities, the competence of the staff, and most importantly, their commitment to quality care. Every member of staff was attentive and competent. 4. The staff at Beachside Post Acute was friendly and professional throughout my entire stay. They had superb therapy and the whole recovery process journey was wonderful. The facility was clean and tidy. This was my first time at Beachside Post Acute, and this place changed my perspective on rehabilitation. Further, the therapy department was excellent. To start, I spent nearly three months there, and I could tell they all cared about my healing journey. My rehab was personalized, and they ensured my every need was met. I would specifically like to appreciate the front desk staff, therapy team, nursing staff, and everyone involved in making my stay comfortable. Overall, I was treated with respect and love. I highly recommend Beachside to anyone needing help.
