Customer Testimonials: 1. Regrettably, my experience with the Chunkeun Choi DDS INC / Senior's Dental Surgery Center was not good. I attempted to contact the office for info about the surgery beforehand and to make an appointment. Communication was slow and not very clear for me. As an elderly surgery center, it is critical that there is clear and timely communication to elderly people that are likely to be anxious about the surgery. I found the process confusing. The primary concern is the fact that my query was not being answered, which made me feel like my concern was not taken seriously. After my whole experience, I feel like the patient support and communication can be improved.2. Dr.Choi saved me!!!! i had the worst pain in my life over the weekend and needed a tooth extraction, he took amazing care of me and comforted me. I am so grateful to Dr.Choi!!3. Got my wisdom tooth taken out by Dr Choi, he was amazing, reassuring and i was in so much pain & discomfort, there was so much pressure as the tooth was very hard to get out, the whole procedure took a bit over an hour and i can’t even tell you how many dentists said it was very difficult to remove my tooth, it was! He responded very quickly when i called, took a x rays ct scan & took the tooth out all within 2 hours!! Thank you!!5.
