I made an appointment with another dentist's office that was right next door, but I was surprised by how clean the office was when I entered. The staff is helpful. The dentist is very kind. I was never rushed during my dental work. Thankfully, I am establishing a new dental history with this office. I highly recommend that you try this dental office.2. I am so glad I found Smile Aurora Dental. They have been so kind, professional, and understanding. I have Medicaid through Buy In because I have spinal cord injuries and will not have dental coverage in FL, but I wanted to be seen. I am moving to FL today, but got my brother from the airport at 11pm last night. I did not go to bed until 1 am and missed my alarm this morning. I take very sedating pain medicines. They were very understanding and accommodated me during a very stressful time. I just needed a deep cleaning, and the doctor is so gentle I did not need numbing. I highly recommend this practice.3. WOW! BEST DENTAL TEAM I'VE EVER HAD! Unbelievable how wonderful this team is! Cindy up front is always so kind and smiling! I love my whole team and VERY RESPECT AND APPRECIATE THIS OUTSTANDING TEAM!!4. Expensive! Billing statement makes no sense. $800 for a cleaning is absolutely insane! Comments by dentist seemed condescending. Other staff members were pleasant, but practice seems disorganized.5. the person i talked to was beyond space cadet and could not keep to a single straight awnser would not recomend 6. Amazing service from the beginning to the end, 3 wisdom teeth out with no issues.7. Great service and the mak u feel at home8. My first visit was a bit rough because I needed 2 root canals (my first ones), but I was willing to help them do them and they made a minor mistake so I had to go back. Mistakes happen, and I appreciated their honesty and willingness to fix their mistake even though they had closed. Also a huge shout out to the lovely dental assistant/front desk girl, she was so so kind and her smile lit up the whole place!9. The receptionist was very welcoming and kind. The staff was very professional when they did my dental work and Dr. Singh was great. He is trust-worthy and efficient. My overall experience was very good and I would highly recommend them.10. If you have extensive dental problems, I would recommend not to receive treatment from Smile Aurora Dental. It was an awkward experience; they consistently spoke to me in a condescending tone and made me feel unworthy. They also made fun of me during multiple appointments, which was very unprofessional and embarrassing. No person should have to feel that way when seeking treatment.11. No idea how this place has a 5-star review. The "doctor" stormed out of the room in the middle of our conversation. This place will skin you for everything you've got, not care about your time or feelings, and kick you out. AVOID 12. I had a great time with the Smile Arora Dental Team! They were so wonderful since I walked in. The staff was very warm, professional, and the place was clean, modern, and well-organized. I’m completely blown away by this incredible dental crew—Brian, Cindy, Manmeet, and Dr. Singh are simply the best. Their warmth and professionalism make every visit feel like spending time with friends. FIVE STARS all the way! And the atmosphere? Unmatched—you can even enjoy watching fish or imagine swimming with dolphins while you’re here. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience!
