U-Haul of Boulder Customer Feedback 1. One-star rating: Poor customer service. I rarely write reviews, but today’s service was truly terrible. They gave me the wrong appointment time, and the service I received was quite off-putting. The employee I spoke with was rude, and when I called to clear up the mess, the staff was extremely nasty. I cannot trust the company.2. One-star rating: The manager is a jerk. When you walk in, he doesn’t look at you.3. One-star rating: Rude! Overcharged both times I used them for a quick local van rental. Took weeks to fix both times. Staff is always nasty to deal with. It seems they will cheat on miles or gas, not have the truck you reserved, and treat you like dirt. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the aggravation. Shame!4. One-star rating: I called to confirm availability for a rental, and I was assisted by a man named Willie. After inquiring about the $19/day and $1.39/mile, he said that's always been the policy. Fast forward to picking the van, and he asked how many miles I'd be traveling. I didn't know, and when I said 100 miles, he asked if I wasn't sure about my destination. He told me he'dl charge me the full day, not for the late hour, and then he denied me the truck for the whole day (Willi also recorded).
