Customer testimonials: We admitted my father to Fountain View on September 30, 2025, and he resided there until January 15, 2026. Without the care he received, I believe we would have lost him a lot earlier. I doubt that anyplace is perfect, and I would not expect one to be so. But the people in Fountain View regularly do the right things. They take care of the residents, and there is no doubt that it is real and comes from their hearts. I met some of the kindest individuals I have ever known; every CNA is an angel to me (2025). The nurses were also remarkable. They responded to all inquiries I had and so patiently and compassionately. I visited Fountain View regularly to be with my father and also to advocate for him. I was visible and frequent that some people thought I worked or lived there - this is to emphasize that I saw it with my own eyes (2025). The activities director was also lovely, always organizing events and bringing happiness to the residents. I was surprised by the pumpkin-carving competition and the Veterans Day party. The dining and cafeteria staff were also great, and the laundry ladies were so kind and considerate. They were compassionate, caring, and angelic. They looked after my father really well. They were great (2026). Other services available at the location include a speech therapist and physical therapy (2026). From Admissions, the Administrator, to the Lead Nurse - Thank you. My mother has lived at Fountain View for a year and a half, and the experience has been outstanding. Richard, Heidi, and Heather, all work and care too much for their patients. After watching my mother be marginalized repeatedly due to her mental mistake, it means so much that is there is someone other than us, her immediate family, who is fighting for her (2025).
