Client experience feedback: 1. Very neat. The staff that we talked to were very kind and patient with my father.2. Very clean and, professional.3. Great, knowledgeable staff very informative kind & understanding staff4. 1st day there nice, clean and professional staff. My wife was told 10 days of rehabilitation from fracture of lumbar 1.5. Very nice facility, very friendly staff! 6. Very clean and well run facility. Staff was exceedingly friendly and professional.7. The staff is very kind and helpful.8. I have been in another facility before, but Life Care was absolutely amazing in the way they took care of my needs and the physical therapy was exceptional and therapists were amazing. If you’re in need of a rehab facility I recommend Life Care Center9. They were pretty good. Mostly caring staff- there was one CNA that I didn't care for because she was impatient, slow and mean- she physically hurt me because of her impatience. Nothing was done about it as far as I know. Watch what they bill for! I was charged for a walker and a wheelchair that I never got! They also tried to bill me for the hospital bed! They also charged me for medications that I brought from home (in the pharmacy bottles!!)10. My mother was admitted to Life Care Centers yesterday after a transfer from UC Memorial Central. It’s now been over 24 hours, and she still hasn’t received any of her prescribed pain medications—medications that are crucial for her quality of life due to chronic conditions. She is currently lying sick in her room while the staff claims they are waiting for her medications to arrive from Denver. Multiple doctors, nurses, and the floor manager Andrew have assured her that they can access hospital-supplied pain medication to get her through the day, but they say they need a code from the pharmacy to open the medication box. I reached out to Andrew over an hour ago and asked for a call back—as I have power of attorney over my mother—and I’ve yet to receive a response. I find it baffling that getting a simple code from a pharmacy seems to be such an obstacle. Why can’t someone just pick up the phone and call the pharmacist to get what’s needed? If you're considering sending a loved one here, I strongly recommend making sure they arrive with their regular medications in hand. Based on my experience—and from what I’ve read in other reviews—it seems this facility has an ongoing issue with timely access to essential medications.11. Excellent place for my mom!12. He broke his hip and after surgery was placed at Lifecare. During his stay he wasn't willing to participate in much. Very sick. Had to go to er from being sick. I noticed they did not clean him much nor pay attention to his needs. Some help good some not. I ended up changing him to Fountain View..I included VA. In arriving they told me his buttocks were sore and red.. Well he ended up with a fungal infection that was really bad. When I would visit, I felt like I should be cleaning him because they really...
