Many of Denver's most memorable landmarks were developed by Davis Partnership or its antecedents. In 1892, a downtown Denver architectural firm was established by William E. Fisher. By 1905, his son, Arthur A. Fisher, had helped him create a new firm, and the Fisher and Fisher firm grew and evolved to become one of the most successful and important architectural firms in the Rocky Mountain Region. Rodney S. Davis was an associate of Fisher & Fisher by 1947. The firm’s name changed to Fisher & Davis in 1959. The firm received critical commissions for major weaponisation work at the Brown Palace, the Denver National Bank Building (and Broker Restaurant), Montaldo's and the Cactus Club. The lead designer of Rodney S. Davis & Associates, founded in 1967, was Rodney S. Davis. In 1980, the firm was changed to Davis Partnership. Davis Partnership has a broad focus and specialization in research and education. Our company is one of the most renowned firms in the United States in design. Our reputation as a leader in architecture, landscaping, interior, lighting, signage, and landscape architecture is well established. Rural and urban communities have trusted us for over fifty-five years in healthcare, higher education, mixed-use, and commercial design. Davis Partnership is known for its deep client relationships, with repeat business exceeding 90%. This has enabled Davis Partnership to show a consistent high level of design and service that continues to earn the respect and trust of the clients and colleagues. Our commitment to excellence is founded on extraordinary collective design experiences, as well as expertise in extensive project management. Because the twelve current partners are the leaders of the firm, Davis Partnership continues to win high-profile projects from around the country. This is a testament to Davis Partnership's role in the creation of new communities.
