A few years back, I submitted some magazines for hard binding. The process was straightforward and the product beautiful. I am submitting this review because a few days ago, I ordered some magazines in the same style as the first set. I didn't reference that I had submitted my order before. In a fortnight, Erica emailed, wondering if I had done this before, and the order could be under a different name. She recognized (100% from her memory) the project. She went through the extra steps and found the order (under a different name) and made sure the new set matched the initial ones. Erica and the company's care and professionalism impress me.4. I heard that you guys make, Perfect Bound Books. I've tried to call your company and there's not even an option to leave a message. Greeting and then hang-up. Only an e/mail option? I don't need an exercise in typing, just needed a quick question answered to make sure you can make what I have. I've been in the Publishing/Printing biz for 40 years, you biz acumen is weak. I don't even know how you can operate part-time hours. Is it a hobby? 10-3 and 9:30-12 on Fridays?? The "make-ready" on these projects take 15-20 minutes to set up, how in the world can you do business like this? Old School biz paradigm; The first person who picks up the phone when a buyer is looking for a seller; USUALLY Gets the Business. Good Luck !!!5.
