The U.S. government provides expedited review for LPRs (legal permanent residents) and relatives. These options can be based on request, waiting period, and complexity. Each choice must be considered based on many factors, including what kind of visa you want, where the application will be filed, and proof that you or your relative have a previous connection to the United States. All Lichter Immigration Firm staff are working around the clock to supply up-to-date information and filter new cases during a rapidly evolving, volatile setting. Humanitarian Parole, or any other form of request, does not enable someone to be evacuated from Afghanistan. This makes it possible to enter the U.S. instead.
