SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Reviews indicate that a majority of customers are happy with the services of the law firm, especially in terms of the staff's professionalism, as they were helpful and eager to answer questions about the immigration process and their cases. Several people who left reviews talked about lawyer Zach Young and the paralegals; Heidi Nieblas and Diana Gutierrez had a positive experience, and specific staff members often received high praise. Many of them refer to difficult situations with complex problems that were eventually resolved and said that they can now live out their dreams. Heidi was incredibly kind and informative throughout the process, and she felt supported and heard, which made it even better. The firm's frequent communication was also praised, with some clients reporting that they received regular updates and did not feel overwhelmed or lost. However, there are a few exceptions from the Clients who noted some complications, but many of them said that the firm was professional and that they could recommend and return to use the services again.
