If I could give this mediator no stars or negative I would. He provided one of the worst "professional services" I have ever paid for. What a giant disapointment and waste of money. This was my first experience with mediation, needed for my divorce with small children, not only did he not help us whatsoever over the 3 hour meeting, he was not prepared and kept repeating things seeming to just take up time. I then received a bill for more money to complete the only thing we were able to work on because of his inaptitude as he painstakingly took valuable time out of our mediation to add "notes" to a supposed parenting plan and spent 15 minutes entering our children's information into his form (twice), even though he had this information prior. He also spent nearly 40 plus minutes trying to figure out his mic situation while my exhusband and I just sat there connected on the call but without the mediator. After the call he refused to draft or send us the parenting plan we had worked on during the call, which means we did not recieve any benefit at all for this "service" to move our divorce forward. Furthermore his zoom etiquette was completely unprofessional, especially as we had never met him or worked with him. He was eating chips through the call and more than once he let his head drag towards his desk and hang there while there was very serious discussion at play and literally huffed more than once. Not to mention rolling his head around and sticking his tongue out in a bizarre way when I would ask questions. I find this behaviour extremely offensive and unprofessional and seriously bizarre. Maybe he doesn't know that his clients can SEE him on the screen? I thought and told him after that he seemed intoxicated or on serious pharmaceuticals. I would never recommend this person to anyone.

Falsefying concern on an innocent parent traumatizes their children and the parent for life. It enables parent alienation that is extreme child abuse. This has been seen by the Arapahoe County CPS worker making the news of false reporting on the Aurora City Council woman. Anyone profitting off a false concern on a parent needs to resign their person of public trust / manditory reporter position and immediately help restore the extreme child and parent damage they helped create. This would include this PC/DM when extreme absurd accusations are made of a parent, regarding their child's school, then the child experiences trouble in that school do to the inhumane treatment of their parent.
