Preparing to move from Colorado to Washington State, he was looking for truck prices. Although he had a good deal with Budget, an employee called him and painted the company in a bad light. Afterward, he decided to cancel his booking with Budget and went for Penske. Despite having made a reservation two to three weeks ago, on the day they were to move, he was told that the truck was unavailable. Since the trip was planned, and all their things were already packed, they had to move with a rental truck. Penske still charged them $100, even though they were denied the truck. The customer was lucky to find Budget, which offered excellent customer service, and a truck was available. At least, he now knows Penske is not reliable and will never use Penske services again (Penske Truck Rental). Besides, he will share his experience with friends and family to help them avoid similar encounters.
