My mother had her first visit today and it was a great experience. Emma, the receptionist, was helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Kadin, the dental assistant, was also helpful. He came to help my mom back from the room when she realized she had left her cane. His kindness made her at ease. Dr. Meister was also kind and compassionate and gave mom much attention during the visit. I have lived near here for some time but stopped going a few years ago due to billing and ownership issues. The front I really like the people and atmosphere at this dentist office. I have not always taken the best care of my teeth - I moved to Colorado and didn't have insurance for a while and then had two babies. They didn't make me feel like they were adding unnecessary things to my bill, and I felt they were genuine in their treatment plan and let me move forward how I could financially. I would feel comfortable recommending this office to friends and family. Dr. Wahidi and the rest of the staff at Dentists of Littleton. The experience starts the moment you step foot in the office. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and had the most up-to-date dental equipment that helps you know you will be well taken care of. I was in search of a dentist that was reputable and efficient yet also warm and caring. Needing the best of both, my first visit was a consultation. I found Dr. Wahidi to be very personable. Here, you are my best new patient, but I am unhappy with the attitude of the front office. I recently called to schedule a new patient exam and cleaning and was informed that a new patient X-ray is required, policy-wise. I recently had a full mouth series of dental X-rays, including a 3D CBCT and panoramic scan, at another dentist only two months ago. The front desk person kept repeating that it's required regardless, without considering my situation. I understand it may be a preference to have your own X-rays, but more flexibility or better communication would be great—I guess that they’re not short on patients and don’t really care whether I come in or not. Dental X-rays are hard work - not only can it be uncomfortable, but it’s also a little scary. Sergei took the most comfortable dental X-rays I’ve ever had carried out and slowly explained why incorporating the various angles and types they took, as well as showing me staple oral anatomy like my wisdom teeth and the difference between amalgam and resin fillings. I felt much more knowledgeable about my mouth and teeth health after the experience.
