First-time customer feedback: 1. This was a terrific first visit, particularly for someone who hates going to the dentist.2. I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Dr. Casson and Becky! I finished the ClearCorrect process, and now my teeth are perfectly straight- even better than what I had expected. Everything from the start, the whole process was very well organized and extremely coordinating. Dr. Casson is very knowledgeable, process-oriented, and clearly concerned about obtaining excellent outcomes. Becky was fantastic in her own right- so helpful, responsive, and a joy to interact with every single step of the way. This team helped make the whole journey simple and stress-free. The proof is in the pudding, and I am very grateful for their care. I would highly suggest them to anyone considering ClearCorrect or orthodontic treatment3. I’ve had three appointments at this office. The first appointment was fillings for cavities that didn't hurt before but now hurt A LOT. I can feel the filling material in between every tooth and my floss keeps breaking when I try to floss between these teeth. I went to my 4th appointment (took time off work and drove over there) only for them to say they don't take my insurance anymore and I would have to pay out of pocket (~$750). I explained that I couldn't afford that and asked why they couldn't have just called me to let me know. They didn't have an answer. They probably thought I would just pay out of pocket and didn't think it was worth calling me first. Fast forward a few months, today, they sent me a very casual email "Your insurance did not cover your claims-I am mailing you a statement with the explanation from the insurance company" with a statement that shows I am past due. I checked my insurance's website and they show the claims processed successfully. A nightmare. Dr. Casson and the entire staff at Littleton Family Dental are professional and very kind. They are honest and informative about my dental health and create reasonable plans to support my long term dental health. The plan they created for me was easy to understand and allowed me to prioritize the most critical issues. So far, 2 out of my 3 follow up appointments has been to fill the small cavities they found during my exam. It went well and my teeth are no longer hurting like they were prior to the fillings! I can't wait to complete the rest of the plan!5. Great dental office from front desk staff to hygienists to doctors! I feel so well taken care of here. Everyone is so nice and the doctors are super gentle with my fillings! They also have cute kiddos and the front desk always give them stickers when we come in for our appointments6. My husband and I are New Patients to the practice. We both had our 6 month cleaning with the hygienist, Kathy she was professional and gentle. Dr. Casson did the check up and was gentle also. The office staff are very cheerful and made us feel welcome. I was referred by a friend to the practice. I would recommend Littleton Family Dental because it was a very good experience7. Compassionate and wonderful staff, hygienist and doctor. They did an amazing job and made me feel better just by being there9. So glad I found this place online after a terrible experience elsewhere! They are incredibly patient, sweet, and never push unnecessary treatments—they simply explain what they see and recommend. I also love that they send me a clear plan with expected costs upfront for treatment options before starting anything. They’ve also been amazing with my two toddlers. Highly recommend!11. Slowly(?) find this office online after a terrible experience elsewhere. They are so patient, sweet, and never push unnecessary treatments. They simply tell me what they recommend based on what they see. I also appreciate that they send a treatment plan with estimated costs upfront. They’ve also been amazing with my kids. Highly recommend!13. I keep trying to give this office a fair review or deal with issues on a regular basis, but at this point, communication with the staff is just so bad that I don’t trust them at all. Each time I've had issues, it's been because the office couldn't bother to communicate important information. On multiple occasions, they have canceled my appointments without telling me. No phone call, no voicemail, no text, no follow-up. I only found out because I arrived at the office myself the morning of my 6-month exam. That is completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Patients have busy lives and make time for dental care around their work and family schedules. Staff being out is not an excuse for not letting your patients know their appointment has been canceled. And the response when I address the issue? It's almost worse than the issue itself. The practice manager presents herself as nice and charming, but when you raise concerns, her tone becomes rude, dismissive, and condescending. She tries to make you feel unreasonable and difficult for expecting what I would consider basic professional courtesy. Rude, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. After three separate incidents, I don't see this as a mistake, I see it as a pattern. I’m shocked this office has maintained high reviews. Good communication and respect for patients' time are essential in dentistry, and this office has repeatedly failed in both regard I would not recommend this office to anyone who has a busy life and expects professionalism from the office staff. It's too bad because the office atmosphere and the hygienists and the whole office are top-notch. Also, strongly recommend that you review every bill and insurance charge in detail before paying anything to make sure yours is accurate. After my experiences, I have serious concerns about billing transparency and accuracy, and the need to verify everything to make sure nothing was added without my consent. Patients should verify what is being charged to both them and their insurance providers in detail. awful experience and I don't believe this office will improve.
