She handled the entire process of my divorce and went out of her way multiple times to help me, even after hours. May you continue to be the light in many people’s lives going through such dark times.2. Bernadette is a bad attorney. She didn't assist us with the case. Had our numbers blocked. Didn't even realise that she did. When we requested her to remove herself from the case because she had not assisted at all, we received incorrect time sheet information which showed all the money in the retainer was used. Never received an invoice until we called and asked for our retainer back. You will be throwing your money away. If it's not already too late, better run. She took advantage of us and will probably take advantage of you too. BEWARE.3. For the average person legal situations that require you to have the services of an attorney can be intimidating and create anxiety. I have been through just such a situation with a case that lasted 5 years.5280 Family Law only came into my life almost 3 years ago exactly. Full of hope, not knowing what to expect, I was immediately welcomed and felt a sense of security. That has continued and grown throughout the process. 5280 Family Law had been the most incredible helpful in resolving this very difficult time of life. All I can say is you need someone who will stand up and protect you. Bernadette Gonzales was this and more. Look no further. The security that she gave me in the courtroom was invaluable. Watching her go through the process she was absolutely amazing, the strength, and the security she provided to me was amazing. I was able to witness someone think on the fly. I was able to witness her process and observe her in her safe space and I have never seen a lawyer work the way she did. I have never felt the sense of value that I did from Bernadette and her team. Working with other attorneys I have never felt a sense of security and value like I did when working with Bernadette. Bernadette Gonzales is a con artist and has terrible communication skills and so does her unprofessional staff. I had to fire her before we even started with my case! Thankfully her true colors were shown soon and I didn't have her represent me!!!! She took my retainer and went MIA! I have found other counsel at Johnson Law group which has been amazing! They were very detailed oriented, timely, and factual when we wrote the needed paperwork. I was always in the loop of filed motions, they provided me insite on what the motions meant and I was informed about the process and next steps. It was a great experience and together we won in court which is great for the child involved in this whole process. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who needs help in Family Law.
