Feedback from Customers We've been without air conditioning for the summer, for four months due to parts issues. But the Ladies in the office did everything within their power to get the job done as quickly as possible...but we were on the distributors timeline. But they were Great...and Jeff the Tech was great...knowledgeable, friendly and always left his work space clean! Thanks again team for getting me up and running again. I recently had Heating and Cooling Solutions install a new furnace for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I had no heat and after getting no call backs from other local companies, I reached out to Heating and Cooling Solutions. They had one of their technicians out the same day to diagnose the problem. After a quick but thorough inspection, they found a major issue and explained that I would need a new furnace. They provided a clear quote the very next day and scheduled the installation right away. The installation team was extremely professional, the workmanship was clean and high-quality, and their communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Pricing was fair, everything was explained up front, and they made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. I’ll absolutely be calling them back for future maintenance, and I highly recommend them to neighbors and anyone needing HVAC service. They have never let me down. When I was very low on fuel they made sure to get it to me with no extra charge. They have done repairs to my furnace that have been very reasonable. The young men that come to do the work are very respectful and friendly. They are the sweetest young men. I’ve ever come across. The whole office is a pleasure to talk with. Especially Mary. She's a sweetheart and always tried to get oil to me as soon as possible. They are very inexpensive for furnace cleaning. It helps with the price of oil these days that they make it affordable. I was paying $299 for years using the guy that installed my new furnace years ago.Then I saw Heating and Cooling and their price. At the time they were $150 and they kept it at that for a few years. They raised it only about a year ago. To more than $150. They have been $199 . It was because of the cleaning price that I switched to them for oil and have never looked back. It's a great company with great people. You can't go wrong . The oil is priced comparable to others on the area. Thank you Mary and Marjory for always being so kind. Heating and Cooling Solutions Mean and nasty BC Heating & Cooling My furnace unexpectedly stopped working. BC Heating & Cooling managed to send a technician out on Christmas Eve, which was greatly appreciated. I'll definitely stick with BC Heating & Cooling from now on. Will do business again Heating and Cooling Solutions Great Customer Service Heating and Cooling Solutions I just want to clarify that the installation provided by this company was very good, as Joe Cirritto was the owner for installation services. The actual maintenance services of my mini-splits were extremely overpriced, and we were upcharged twice for the maintenance services. The upcharge was because the technician had to go on a ladder to clean my mini-splits, so it took longer, an extra 1.5 hours on top of the annual service maintenance fee of $199.00. What mini-splits do not require a ladder for service? We also were charged close to $300 last year when technicians came to our house to inform us that our room was too humid, resulting in the heat from the mini-split to cause the cold wall to sweat. After we complained of the upcharge, we were told to find maintenance services elsewhere. I recommend using JC Heating and Cooling for installation, but advise against BC Heating and Cooling for any services due to additional costs/fees that are quite ridiculous Heating and Cooling Solutions BC Heating & Cooling is excellent! They came out during a heatwave this summer, and got our air conditioning working within two hours. Thank you. BC Heating & Cooling Don’t do business with these guys, they don’t care about you or your families well being as they just screwed our family with an AHS insurance claim to get our AC unit fixed.
