I called Gary and he diagnosed and repaired my oil burner in less than an hour; he knew exactly what was wrong. He removed and replaced a sensor, there was quite a bit of wiring involved, and it started right up. I intend to call on Gary going forward for all my oil burner service work.3. Gary is amazing. One of my rental units gas furnace/water heater combo stoped working. Gary was over the same night to diagnose. He needed to order a part. When the part came in a couple days later he installed it right away. Gary has a great personality and is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will be using Gary again for all my HVAC needs! Excellent service, I would highly recommend Gary as another company cancelled on me last minute however Gary was able to come out same day and clean my furnace and change the filter on my oil tank. He is very knowledgable at what he does, explained a lot of things that I did not know and was very affordable. Excellent service, would highly encoursge using this company.6. Gary came to me on his busy schedule this afternoon. He diagnosed the problem right away. It's the field control power ventor motor that is not working as it should. 6 wasp nests were inside. He got my unit running temporarily. Replacement power ventor motor on Friday. Communication was above and beyond. Respectful, straightforward and most importantly, he's honest. You're now my official HVAC Tech from here on. Highly recommend. God bless you, brother. Update: Gary came on Friday to replace the old motor. Fixed all the issues I had with my oil furnace. Communication was again above and beyond. All questions were answered. Knowledge and understanding of every aspect of the HVAC system. I'm a happy new customer and most importantly, I have heat now.
