Really love working with One Firefly. Adam, Katie and Team One FireFly are skilled in a variety of areas to help promote our business and move the needle in a positive direction! Great work We had an outstanding experience with the One Firefly team. From the initial meeting about marketing to next thing you know we're building our new website with them. The entire team was very pleasant and helpful to work with. Josh made me totally comfortable that they could handle our task at hand and was not a high pressure sales guy. The web designer McKenzie was awesome, super accommodating and nothing but great things to say about her. Everyone we interacted with here was great. Thanks for the great experience! Easy to talk to and great at explaining the system. Q: What do stylish frogs wear? A: Jumpsuits! Katie was super friendly, very knowledgeable and a great presenter. Learned a ton! Doing a training with Katie and it was awesome We are no longer customers of One Firefly, but the short time (6 months) we used them they were very professional and for the most part fulfilled every aspect of the services required in our marketing plan. We're rating them 5 stars because the quality of blogs and newsletters were very good, and they were always helpful when there was an opportunity to speak with our account manager. If we were to provide one piece of constructive criticism one of the reasons we decided to cancel is there were parts of our marketing package we were charged for but were not fulfilled. Ex. Account Management Tier 1: -(One 30 minute meeting bi-monthly or quarterly, with monthly phone call and/or email check-in). Aside from the initial meetings to discuss strategy, these meetings did not happen after the launch of the campaign. -(Monthly strategic marketing recommendations). We don't remember these meetings or discussions happening either. The only such report we received was in our final email from One Firefly when we cancelled our services. -(24-hour, 7 day/week access to your reporting dashboard). We've not seen this dashboard. We understand this is very nit-picky, but for the monthly price paid we were annoyed that, unless we are mistaken, we were not receiving these services. So far, the process has been excellent in preparations for a new website and SEO program! Experts in integration marketing, very professional and responsive people. Would highly recommend I had the pleasure of working with Miguel on a graphic design project, and he was fantastic to collaborate with. His attention to detail and ability to create something impactful with minimal instruction was invaluable for my business. If you're looking for a reliable and easy partner to work with, One FireFly is an excellent choice! Great company! Amplify people is absolutely awesome! What a unique approach to recruiting. After throwing nearly $3000 away with a national web-based recruiting site we reached out to Ron and his team. The rates are wonderful and the results even better! I amplify people did all of the heavy lifting and screened through dozens of applicants. They were able to fill the two positions that we had open in much less time than we would have. Not only did this free up our time to tend to business, it brought to amazing new members to our team! Moving forward, amplify people will be my first call the next time we need to add a member to our team. One Firefly expertly assists us in navigating the digital world, positioning our business for success. We are grateful to have a partner in mutual success in One Firefly.
