Communication could have been better, and I didn’t always feel like my concerns were being taken seriously. Things eventually moved forward, but the overall experience left me feeling let down. After hiring them, communication quickly broke down — my calls, emails, and texts often went unanswered. They failed to represent me in a scheduled court hearing and then dropped my case entirely once I was accused of a crime I did not commit. I understand legal situations can change, but a lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable when someone’s family and future are at stake. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. He sat me down in person and couldn’t tell me that he was dropping me he had his assistant do it via email. I also requested my case files to see what work was done and haven’t received a response, I will be contacting the Florida bar. If you have a serious case this is not the firm for you.3.
