The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice. Very professional staff! Jessica, the hygienist, was wonderful and very patient. She was very professional and walked through every step of the visit. I also met Dr. Moncrieffe. The dental equipment and office is A+! The entire office is also cleaned and well maintained. I was treated / seen by dr Moncrief and I can report that she and her staff are great! They are professional and courteous. They addressed my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I must tell everyone that I stopped going to them a year ago because my insurance changed. But I'm back and happy I came back despite the insurance hiccup. I highly recommend them. Everyone and I mean everyone at this facility is wonderful. The staff at this clinic are so nice. They know their jobs and do them well. Dr Tiffany is so kind and knowledgeable. Everyone is always kind to you and able to answer most questions when asked. I felt so good there. They explain every procedure in depth until you feel NO anxiety. They are so friendly and sweet. They are THE BEST! 6/5/26 My visit to Palm Beach Dentistry was probably my best experience with any dental visit in my life. Dr. Tiffany Montcrieffe was so wonderfully pleasant and hospitable. She and her staff made me feel so comfortable from the time I walked into the facility. They were all so professional and welcoming. I would not hesitate and have already recommended Palm Beach Dentistry to others. 9/15/2022 I have been to Dr. Moncrieffe many times since I first visited her and have made her my primary dentist. Although some of her staff has changed, the services and procedures I have received are still the very best and of the highest quality. My latest visit confirms that she and her staff provide the most up to date treatments available. I and all of my family and friends that I have recommended her practice to have become satisfied patients and I will continue to recommend Palm Beach Dentistry to whomever I can. Palm Beach dentistry is always so welcoming and professional. The staff is caring and consistent. We do not live nearby but trust me it's worth the drive to get there. The best dental facility in all Florida. I was a new patient. My 1st appt had a time change and the Dr had an emergency. I understand that! Next day I was sched for a cleaning and to see the Dr at 5p. Again a time change and Dr. was still out. I understand she had a emergency and I agree it comes first. However no consideration was made to see the Dr for another 2 weeks. I feel I should have had some consideration for a little sooner appt. If this practice is so busy why do they accept new patients? This was my 4th visit to Palm Beach Dentistry, everyone from the office manager to the lady that took my x-rays to the doctor herself were excellent, very welcoming. I felt very comfortable there. I will be using Palm Beach dentistry, exclusively. I have to add that now z4 visits, they are even better!
