The facility is amazing but what truly made this an unbelievable experience was the overall service, care and expertise of this group. By far exceeded my expectations!!! I cannot thank you enough… 6 stars and three thumbs up Staff were very Friendly I have to start with scheduling. In a home where both parents work (most families nowadays) seeing both children in one visit is such a win. Spodak was able to accommodate me which ultimately lowered my levels of stress relating to scheduling. Having staff that have worked in a pediatric setting is such a blessing. I am really impressed by the level of patience they have working with children, especially children with special needs. They took their time, and in some cases allowing them to operate some of the tools when safe to do so. When kids are able to examine tools it gives them a better understanding, which means less fear. Spodak understands that the experience for the child as a whole holds more importance for their long term care than pushing past the child’s limit just to get the job done. They did get the whole job done, by the way, because of their incredible patience while walking my children through each step. My autistic son was pacing back and forth the night before in fear having had bad experiences before, and after the visit he was so proud of how brave he was. He even mentioned it to all his teachers at school the next day. Another win that I often see lacking in some offices is the teamwork and professionalism. We do much better work when we don’t dread the people we actually work with. Also a very cool observation. I noticed a patient walk in and ask for a toothbrush to clean up before their appointment. How many times have you felt embarrassed walking in because you didn’t get a chance to brush before walking into the appointment. I’ve literally bought a brush and mouthwash moments before walking into an appointment in the past and would clean in a frenzy. A great place for you and your family to plant roots :) Great staff, and excellent dentistry It’s quite obvious how amazing Spodak dental is as soon as you walk in the door. Beyond the obvious, I can’t say enough how incredible I have been treated. Dr Dudley for all my dental needs. Never pressure for unnecessary work, but always wise council looking out for my health and best interests. I only wish I had know about Spodak earlier (or lived closer earlier). Speaking of which, living among multiple addresses, it speaks volumes that I only use Spodak, even though I have the choice of doctors in other states. That simply says enough about how strongly I feel about Spodak and Dr Tiffany Dudley. Excellent! Ashley is the best, I keep coming back to Spodak because of the excellent and professional service she provided. Let's be honest, no one really looks forward to going to the dentist but the team at Spodak has definitely changed my perspective on when I do go. I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is extremely nice and hospitable. The office is super nice, modern, and clean. They do everything they can to make my visit as comfortable as possible. Every hygienist I've encountered has been very thorough and gentle. Dr. Mike is the man and really makes my visits enjoyable with his sense of humor and chairside manor. I will be getting Invisalign with them and cannot wait to see the results. Kathie has been extremely helpful with the whole process of getting things moving on the Invisalign front and was extremely patient and helpful despite my barrage of questions and concerns. I cannot recommend Spodak enough and am thankful that I made the switch from my previous dentist.
