This is the second Sage Dental location I’ve been to, and I honestly love how kind and welcoming everyone is, from the dentist to the hygienist. Everything was absolutely perfect and everyone made me feel comfortable and that I was well taken care of. It was such a great experience!3. Wow great experience. Great team.4. Hi my name is Jeffrey mallory I have been with sage for awhile now the staff is great but I have been having a problem that’s Been-going on for a year now that they can’t seem to figure out the problem this has been a real problem for my everyday life .I’ve been trying to keep my loyalty to this company but I feel Iam not getting the proper attention that I need no one can give me results I really don’t know what to do as of this point can anyone help me please 5. STAY AWAY! These people are absolute scam artists. Came in for a regular cleaning. They made me do an xray and talked my ear off for an hour about their hard sell on how I absolutely needed a deep cleaning for $600. They refused to do a regular cleaning despite me requesting just that multiple times. My sister and 10 of my family members are licensed dentists in NYC. I took a flight out there the next week and they confirmed Sage Dental was trying to scam me, and that I had no issues other than some minor plaque that was removed with a basic cleaning. They explained that scammy dental offices like Sage Dental will see that my insurance doesn’t reimburse well for a basic cleaning so they will try to exaggerate and misdiagnose to get more reimbursement from unneeded procedures. When I returned from NYC I asked to speak with the office manager and the dentist, Dr. Ronald Schram, both of which were conveniently unavailable because they were busy “taking care of patients” and couldn’t address my concerns. They also never returned any calls. Terrible experience all around6. The staff and the Dr. are very professional and thorough. They give you all and complete options for you to make the best solutions. Receptionist Janioe Perez was very professional and patient. Very good dental office.7. Everyone very friendly and efficient.8. Amazing staff and shout out to Sharon for always having a big smile. Also so happy for all the dentists and dental hygienist for making me feel cared for!9. The customer service is great and they treat me with respect and care. The receptionist is very polite and positive. The dentist is always a cut above with the service and explaining the procedures.12. Too much out of pocket money13. I had an amazing experience at Sage Dental in Hallandale. I went in with a wisdom tooth that was causing excruciating pain, and the team was able to get me scheduled to see the periodontist, Dr. Oliver. I was absolutely terrified going in, but Dr. Oliver was incredible. He removed my wisdom tooth so quickly that I barely realized it was over. I hardly felt any pain, and I didn't even feel the numbing injections. His skill, kindness, and ability to put me at ease made all the difference. The entire staff was warm, caring, and professional throughout my visit. They made what I thought would be a frightening experience surprisingly comfortable. I'm so grateful to Sage Dental for helping me through such a painful situation. Because of the excellent care I received, I plan to bring my daughter there to have her four wisdom teeth removed before she gets her aligners. I highly recommend Sage Dental in Hallandale, and I can't thank Dr. Oliver and the entire team enough for the outstanding care they provided!14. The doctors are real professionals — they explain everything clearly, work carefully and gently. Max feels comfortable, so he goes to appointments without any stress.
