Customer Feedback These folks were awesome! Let me preface with I typically dread having to call a plumber, it's kind of like having to get a root canal done. After conversing with the office, they presented me with a general estimate for the first two hours of labor. This was an EXTREMELY fair estimate, might I add. I scheduled service for the next day, and they ended up calling about 2 hours earlier than planned and inquired if it was all good to come a little early. Not a problem for me. They did the work and also fixed a couple of other things I've needed done, and all for the original estimate amount. I am very impressed with their work, price, and professionalism. William seemed nice and a dog lover but really didn’t know how to install a pvc pipe for hot water. He quoted a whole new water tank but wasn’t sure which water tank to recommend because they “painted over the label.” Also they offer a free inspection but he wasn’t sure if I was supposed to pay him or not so he called to verify. Not the most professional in my opinion. Smart, fast and to the point. William seemed nice and a dog lover but really didn’t know how to install a pvc pipe for hot water.
