Completion of Barber course required. Work Hours. The Barber Course’s objective is to teach the student the fundamental manipulative skills with various hours of training. Skills, Safety, Judgement, Work Habits, Business Skills, and Desired Attitudes are all essential. To become a licensed and competent individual in entry-level job positions, you are required to pass the course. Barbering. The total amount of hours a student is actually attending class each week, online work, or any other related activity. Instructional activities in the externship, or at the company, count towards the completion of the Barbering Course Course Numbering System: Prefix Level Course Number Bar 101 Prefix: “Bar” for Barber Program is used in course descriptions. The school currently has the course and it is also the Course Number. Keep the courses in the same order. Example: “Bar 108” would be the eighth Barbering If there were an eight-course, it would be the course
