Craig's interest in art began in his hometown of Elkhart, Indiana. He later relocated to New York and pursued a degree from the School of Visual Arts. He pursued fine and commercial arts in New York. The artist also worked as a commercial illustrator and designer during his time in the city. In New York, he was a creative director for commercial projects for over two decades. Craig's scholastic accomplishments include 25 international honors in an international illustration annual. He is a multidisciplinary artist who has developed several talents, including printmaking and digital painting. Craig's works include a range of media, from inks on paper to graphite, and digital. The artist's work in the fine arts began with drawings, painting, and sculpture. The artist is also a painter, sculptor, and watercolorist. This artist's digital and inks on paper have been integrated into the fine arts. Craig's Surrealist interests may be seen in the fine arts. This artist excels at blending things to create worlds that others can perceive. Craig likes to pull viewers into a narrative with their work. This artist has taught for years, helping students learn their technique. Craig has collaborated with William McMahan since 2012 and is featured in some of the artist's best works.
