Call ahead for same-day service. Your repairs may take several days, as there is a queue for repairs. Your bike must be checked in to the department before any work can be done. We work on a first-come-first-serve basis. When you take your bike in, you will receive a price quote, repair estimate, and a turnaround time. If we need to add more parts or labor, the prices will be adjusted, and the customer will be informed about it. Free 3-month bike maintenance is available. The cables and bearings (headset, bottom bracket, and hubs) on your new bike may stretch during the “break-in”. The bike may start to shift and the gears may slip slightly.
