The technicians at Open Road Bicycles are certified and equipped to handle any repair or adjustments. Our team can recommend the best products to enhance your riding experience. Call ahead for same-day service. Your repairs may take several days, as there is a queue for repairs. Your bike must be checked in to the department before any work can be done. We work on a first-come-first-serve basis. When you take your bike in, you will receive a price quote, repair estimate, and a turnaround time. If we need to add more parts or labor, the prices will be adjusted, and the customer will be informed about it. Free 3-month bike maintenance is available. The cables and bearings (headset, bottom bracket, and hubs) on your new bike may stretch during the “break-in”. The bike may start to shift and the gears may slip slightly. This is normal and will be adjusted during your free tune-up. The tune-up is not required, but appointments are recommended so they can be done quickly.
