Client Feedback Snapshot: Exceptional communication    Robert and the team were very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to understand my financial situation and gave me several options on how they could deliver the best solution. They worked closely with me to develop a custom plan that met both my needs and financial obligations. I appreciated the guidance, flexibility, and commitment to finding the right solution for me. I know I was a challenging case, and I appreciate the fact that Michael was able to get the job done. But, I put it out several times how nervous I was about this transaction, and I needed some guidance and “hand-holding” when it came to understanding the costs and fees involved. Unfortunately, I felt that I didn’t get that support. When I questioned the very high broker fee, very little was explained to me. I was told that I should have seen it in the 20+ pages of documents that I was asked to sign and that the numbers were only preliminary. I did get a phone call to review the numbers, but it felt more like a phone rush to sign than an opportunity to understand what I was signing up for. Although the loan was completed, the process lacked communication and transparency. Because of this, I don’t feel like I can refer this company for a future refinance or do business with them. Great job Michael Epstein and team. Great home buying experience. Alma was incredible, very thorough, and got the deal done quickly and painlessly. The process was smooth and seamless.
