Let me say that if you have a fear of dentist you are at the right place! They are very patient and make sure you are comfortable throughout the process. Not only is he caring in the office, but he even called me at home to check on me after my implant procedures. He does everything possible to make the implant procedure as painless as possible and uses the latest technology. I am impressed that he can do the implants himself instead of sending me to someone else to have it done. I explained to a nervous patient her hour drive to Ocala Smiles was the right move. I explained how they gave laughing gas first then the assistant misdirects you with gentle taps on the shoulder so the novicane shot isn't bad. I explained my experience searching for dentists in ocala as the first dentist had terrible patient manners. the 2nd one was nice but they weren't efficient and did half a cleaning in like three visits plus their treatment plan was like a mechanic diagnosing everything wrong with your car. But ocala smiles had great patient care and they are efficient and will sometimes be like at the cleaning you have this cavity we can take of it now. I first went in the summer of 2023 with a problem tooth that they only diagnosed for a $100, no other required services. They referred me a hedonist or root canal person. i have gone there regularly ever since and still go even after moving to Orlando in the winter of 2024. - Carrie D.
