The communication involved before orientation and interview should be well structured to enhance the performance of the staff and their interaction with the job seekers. One patient indicated that she was completely recovered because of the services offered by the rehabilitation department. The Management authority praised the employees for their warm assistance and change. The patients and the work environment increased their happiness, with many friends gathered from the management to the patients.
