I went on to get my Master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College. Currently, I am working on a PhD in Mind Body Medicine from Saybrook University. I have also earned certifications in holistic and integrative health coaching, yoga, fitness, and nutrition, in addition to being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation and a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) from the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching.
