Orlando Metro Gymnastics

One of the most successful gyms in America, Orlando Metro Gymnastics boasts the highest number of National Champions and Elite gymnasts produced. We opened our doors on November 14th, 1992, as a Brown's Gymnastics Metro. Our women's program was successful from the beginning and remains so today. In our first competition season, numerous gymnasts qualified for level 9 Regionals and level 10 Nationals. Orlando Metro Gymnastics grew each season. Jeff Wood's Gymnasts reached Level 10 National Team status, and one of our gymnasts competed in the U.S. Championships. The Orlando Metro Gymnastics Men and Women Competitive Program for Men and Women is now one of the most respected training programs in the world today. Our goal is to offer a positive, safe environment for all ages in competitive and recreational gymnastics.
