Retro City Cycles had positive reviews, with customers praising the helpful and professional staff, notably Jessica and Andrew. They offer top quality service for bikes, with the customer service extending to continuous aftercare, parking and price. Their customers were appreciative of their eagerness to help and expertise, according to one review. Also, they offer high and therapeutic quality repairs, with a range extending to all bikes. For the complexity of the service, they were surprised at the time it took and level of care. The shop is the best option for residents and visitors in need of a bike store because of the high level of service and compassionate care. It was a great example of a "high touch" business.
