Ongoing Customer Feedback: Story: I wanted to convey a little story about how I worked with Romy Recio! In a somewhat unusual way, I decided to look at houses to buy, I knew NOTHING about the process, about the time it takes, the expenses they do not tell you about when you meet the realtor on your first day of visits to the properties! The realtor I worked with told me that we would work with Romy and that is when one day I receive an introductory message from him letting me know that he would be reviewing my pre-approval for the mortgage loan...
