After buying a house, we discovered that the old cast iron drain lines were badly rusted and needed to be replaced. As the house is on a slab, this was a huge sewer and pipe repair project and not a simple fix. We could either break through the terrazzo floors with jackhammers or tunnel under the house to reach the broken plumbing, and I am so glad we opted for the tunneling. Trenchless-style tunnel excavation made the entire process less invasive, and it helped protect the flooring inside the home while still providing full access to the failed waste pipes. The team communicated the plumbing repair steps well, kept the work area clean, and handled the repipe with real care and precision. Levi was pleasant to work with, very respectful, and always took the time to answer any questions. I would happily recommend this plumbing crew to my friends and neighbors for drain line replacement, cast iron pipe repair, or any major under slab plumbing work. Todd and Bryan also made the process easy, and I am thrilled with the outcome.   This was my second time calling Malachi's Rapid Plumbing for plumbing help, and I am more than grateful. The first visit was due to a slow bathroom drain, and they found that the pipe beneath the house was badly rusted and catching buildup, which was causing the clog. They diagnosed this issue correctly and replaced the problem section, so the drain would flow appropriately. The second visit was due to our dishwasher drain, which was starting to back up into the sink area and make a mess. They came the same day I called, quickly found out the issue, and did the plumbing repair on the same day. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received. The plumbers were professional, easy to communicate with, and their work was amazing. They explained everything going on, cleaned up after the job, and ensured everything was draining correctly before they left. I would call them again when I need future fixes.
