About this business
AWS Law Firm is here to assist your family in realizing the dreams you have for your future with our "RTR Method". AWS Law Firm will guide you no matter what aspect of estate planning you're interested in. There is no need to delay if you want to set up a Living Trust or a Power of Attorney or a Last Will and Testament. The court procedure by which an estate is managed is called probate. Probate can be triggered by a person who dies without a will or with only one. A court overseeing your estate can cause unnecessary delays, costs, and other burdens. These could all be avoided by using other planning techniques. For many of our clients, the goal is to avoid probate. If your loved one's estate is placed in probate we will be more than happy to assist with the proper administration of probate and any litigation that may be required.

This law firm is not at all what we expected. My sister-in-law hired these guys to represent her in her legal matter for inheriting her house from her husband who had put a reverse mortgage on the property. So there are two things that she needed probate and a foreclosure attorney. So with this law firm, she had one attorney for probate and one attorney for foreclosure. She kept calling and calling to try to find out when probate was going to be hoping that it would be soon after they were hired in February 2024. From February 2024 to December 29, 2024 each month with passed by no probate. She knew that foreclosure was looming. I needed to get her name back on the deed since she had a will and testament from her ex-husband who passed away in 2023.
This law firm did not care about anything it seems because why couldn’t she get a probate date as quick as possible so she can get her name back on the deed and sell the house and pay off the bank with the reverse mortgage and keep the rest and move on with her life.
But know they did not happen. what happened was in November the foreclosure case went to court and the judge foreclose on her house. And still no probate for the life of me. I cannot understand how a law firm could hold themselves out as being a good firm and do this to someone. The last I heard is that an attorney has a fiduciary responsibility to their client. And that fiduciary responsibility says that they need to represent that person to the best of their ability and always do What’s in the best interest of a client, but that was not done in this case. Every time she called to try to get information on her case, they simply told her that they have 200 cases and we’re sorry ma’am, but we are busy. Someone will get back with you which never happened and I have other people that have worked with this firm on her behalf trying to get information to help her and this law firm Stonewalled them And she has gotten nowhere.
So if you’re interested in hiring this law firm, I would recommend being very careful because you’re, most likely not going to matter. They do not care about their clients and I know they have a lot of raving reviews, but quite frankly, I don’t believe those due to what she experienced And what I experienced, trying to communicate with them as well. I do not normally write reviews, but I felt that this was very important because I hate to see anyone go through what my sister-in-law has gone through with this firm. So in my opinion, I would not hire this firm.
DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM, IF YOUR CASE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU.
The CEO, Aaron Saoud, was an excellent advisor on my probate issues. He knew Florida law and was clear on my options when dealing with the matter at hand. He has my full recommendation, and I would hire him again.
